Help with Home Schooling
We are aware that a number of parents are opting for home-schooling at the moment. However, there are very few places that are accepting external candidates for examinations. WE CAN HELP!
We are an exam centre, so we are able to enter pupils.
Pearson exams – EDEXCEL and iGCSE exams are still going ahead, so we can take pupils as external candidates.
WJEC exams have been cancelled. Instead, results will be decided by usng 2 types of data:
- Teacher Assessment
- Pupils having to take controlled assessments
This poses a slight problem as we have to be able to ensure the reliability of both types of assessments.
To ensure external pupils are able to take WJEC exams with us, we are offering daytime group tuition for home-schooled at a cost of £15 per hour.
